Flexion Exercises
 Introduction  |  Pelvic Tilting Exercises  |  Flexion Exercise  |  Knee Drops
Starting position: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

Flexion Exercise

Exercise: Lift your right knee to your chest, hold under the knee. Hold for a count of 3. Slowly let the leg go back to the starting position. Repeat with the left leg. Repeat x 5 each side.
